Then the hard yards of vigorous taste-testing to make sure the wine has the mouth-feel and flavour you’d expect in a classic New Zealand Chardonnay like citrus and stone fruit with just a touch of French oak influence for that lightly creamy texture.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt contains no more than 0.5% alcohol, which is the level provided by NZ law for non-alcoholic beverages.
